Taylor, Texas (training in Georgetown for 1-2 months)

What You'll Do As a Kitting Operator , you'll be a crucial part of our material operations team-picking, preparing, and assembling production kits so our manufacturing lines never miss a beat. Here's how you'll make a difference:
Precision Picking:
Select and prepare components based on detailed work instructions and Bills of Materials.
Kit Assembly:
Put together and stage production kits, keeping accuracy and timeliness top of mind.
Verification & Quality:
Double-check part numbers, labels, and quantities to ensure every kit is perfect.
Inventory Hero:
Support inventory accuracy through scanning and digital system updates.
On-Time Delivery:
Get completed kits to the production lines, right when they're needed.
Problem Solver:
Identify and report any shortages or discrepancies before they become issues.
Record Keeper:
Keep precise records of materials used and kit assembly.
Safety & Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all SOPs and safety standards. Who You Are You have a high school diploma or equivalent. You bring 6 months-2 years of warehouse, material handling, or kitting experience (or you're eager to learn!). You have a knack for details and accuracy. You follow instructions well, are a team player, and value clear communication. You're comfortable with computers (ERP/WMS experience is a plus). You're able to lift and handle materials as needed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
