Job Description
Maintenance Solutions, Inc. (MSI) is looking for a dependable Warehouse / Shop Assistant to help keep our warehouse and shop organized, clean, and running smoothly. This is a steady, hands-on position with a variety of day-to-day tasks. The workload is generally consistent and not a high-pressure, fast-paced warehouse environment. You may help unload a few deliveries each week, organize materials, clean up around the shop, and assist the team with general tasks as needed. Responsibilities Help unload incoming material deliveries and trucks Load materials and equipment when needed Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse Operate a forklift when qualified and authorized Keep the warehouse, shop, and work areas clean and organized Assist with general shop cleanup and maintenance Help prepare materials, tools, and equipment for jobs Organize inventory and storage areas Assist employees with general warehouse and shop tasks Follow company safety procedures Perform other duties as needed to support daily operations Qualifications Reliable, dependable, and willing to work Able to safely lift and move materials Comfortable working on your feet and performing hands-on work Willing to learn and take direction Able to work independently when assigned tasks Forklift certification and/or previous forklift experience preferred Warehouse, construction, flooring, or shop experience is a plus No previous warehouse experience is required to apply We will consider all applicants who are dependable and willing to learn What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to work, learn, and be part of the team.
