We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. In this role, you will help keep our operation moving by receiving inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and wants to contribute to a company helping shape the future of the suppressor industry. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming inventory and accurately process and record each shipment. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 100% accuracy. Support the same-day packing and shipment of eligible orders. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the facility. Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient shipping area. Restock shipping supplies and prepare workstations for the next business day. Communicate product discrepancies, damages, and other concerns promptly to Customer Service and the immediate supervisor. Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and dependable teamwork skills. Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Why Silencer Shop?
