In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our distribution operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, loaded, and shipped efficiently. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain seamless warehouse flow, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation while contributing to a fast-paced logistics environment. Duties Picking and transporting items to fulfill orders. Packing, labeling and documenting items for outgoing shipping Safely operate in and around various warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery to load and unload shipments. Execute order picking and packing with precision using iPads and software for accurate order fulfillment. Manage inventory by loading speedline, organizing pallets, stocking shelves, organizing products. Maintain quality control standards by inspecting products for damage or discrepancies before packing or loading. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock locations, replenishing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch with efficiency and accuracy. Cleaning and organizing warehouse and surrounding premises. Dispose and or recycle Trash, Plastic, and Carboard Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually with proper techniques. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be able to work the full day. Must be able to stand, lift, bend and walk repeatedly for entire shift. Must be detail oriented and able to follow processes. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, stock replenishment, packing, and quality control procedures. Commitment to safety protocol adherence in all tasks performed. Warehouse experience or previous roles involving order picking, packing, or material handling equipment operation is preferred.
