General Laborer . Job Description The General Laborer supports day-to-day operations by safely moving pipe, cleaning and organizing materials in the shop, and performing a variety of additional general duties as needed in a construction-focused environment. . Responsibilities Safely move and handle pipe and related materials throughout the facility and designated work areas. Clean up and organize materials in the shop to maintain a safe, efficient, and clutter-free workspace. Assist with general labor tasks in support of construction and operational activities as needed. Use hand tools and power tools as directed to complete assigned tasks. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of required protective equipment. Support both indoor and outdoor work activities around the space center as directed by supervision. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate work and ensure tasks are completed on time. Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional duties as required to support daily operations. . Essential Skills Ability to safely move and handle pipe and other materials. Experience performing general labor duties in a construction or industrial environment. Capability to clean and organize materials and work areas effectively. Comfort using basic hand tools. Ability to operate or work around power tools under proper supervision. Reliable attendance and ability to work 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, from approximately 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Possession of steel-toe footwear suitable for industrial and construction environments.
