Tired of long work hours or working weekends? We are growing and currently looking for dedicated individuals who are looking to grow a career in manufacturing. Work hours provide excellent work/life balance, great work environment, paid holidays, and affordable health, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Our starting pay is $14 per hour with little to no coil manufacturing experience. Higher starting rates can be negotiated if experience is extensive and specific to a coil shop, Brazing, Warehouse or Machine Operations. Entry level can move up to a higher rate of pay depending on how eager you are to master new skills. We use a pay-for-skills system which enables employees to receive raises after they master a skill in a new department or on a new machine rather than waiting for an annual review. You can go as far as you want to go and your pay can continue to grow with your skills. The general hours would be 6:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday thru Friday for days and 2:30pm to 11:00pm for evening shift, but the ideal candidate would be flexible and able to work outside of normal hours as needed as we are currently working overtime during the week for all employees. Most candidates will start working in general assembly learning how to build A/C coils and getting familiar with our processes. The strengths this candidate would need to possess are a good attitude, basic math and tape measure skills, ability to work well with others, and the willingness to listen, learn, and think on your feet. No manufacturing-specific experience is required, so all who are interested are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone with a stable job history and the desire to find a work "home".
