Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in supporting manufacturing operations by performing a variety of physical tasks. Your energy and attention to safety will ensure smooth production processes, high-quality output, and a safe working environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials and products throughout the production area Operate basic machinery and tools following safety standards and operational guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote safety and efficiency Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to ensure safety compliance Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, including moving materials and equipment as needed Follow all safety protocols, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, to uphold quality and safety standards in production Support team members in meeting daily production goals by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately Skills Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery operation is a plus Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is advantageous but not required Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during physically demanding tasks Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining quality standards Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs Join us in a role where your effort directly contributes to our success!
