Job Description
NOTE THAT ALL EMPLOYEES ARE HIRED AS LEVEL 1 PRODUCTION WORKERS WITH THE POSSIBLITY TO BE PROMOTED TO A HIGHER GRADE LEVEL POSITION.
Job description Duties will include meatpacking, wrapping meats, cutting standard or premium cuts of meat for packing. Various positions available on the production line include but not limited to sorting, packing, labeling, box making, prepackaging, and prepping ready-to-eat items and pre-seasoned items.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. or more, pushing, pulling, and rolling racks of products. Must be able to work in a very cold environment (from 38º Fahrenheit to 40º freezing and below) to very hot conditions and a wet and/or slippery environment. Standing, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, walking, overhead reaching, or repetitive motions for long periods of time. Age of 18 yrs. or older due to child labor laws.
Pay Rate:
$13.14
•.50 cents additional per hour for 2nd shift employees
•weekly perfect attendance bonus!
