AllTech is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) providing IT support, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services to businesses and municipalities. We're looking for someone to split their time roughly 50/50 between managing our warehouse and inventory operations and supporting our technicians at onsite customer installation projects. This is a hands-on, entry-level technical role for someone who is interested in technology, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. We'll provide training, but the ideal candidate will have some basic familiarity with computers, electronics, and networking hardware. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in technology and enjoys hands-on work but hasn't yet had the opportunity to turn that interest into professional IT experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Warehouse & Inventory (approximately 50%) Receive shipments and verify quantities, model numbers, condition, and intended recipients Accurately record, organize, and maintain inventory Maintain clean, orderly warehouse shelves, bins, project staging areas, tools, and common spaces Perform inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and monitor stock levels Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and RMAs Pull, label, and stage equipment and materials for upcoming projects; identify shortages before installation Return unused materials to inventory and maintain appropriate recycling/e-waste areas Handle routine warehouse errands, supplies, documentation, and general upkeep Installation & Project Support (approximately 50%) Load, unload, carry, stage, and account for tools and installation materials Assist technicians with measuring, drilling, mounting, and hardware assembly Help pull, route, dress, support, and label low-voltage cable Assist with physical installation of network equipment, wireless access points, cameras, and access-control components Protect customer property, maintain orderly work areas, and clean up after installations Work under the direction of a lead technician, who remains responsible for technical configuration, system design, and project decisions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements Basic computer and smartphone skills, ability to learn and use new software applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow written instructions, inventory procedures, and safety rules Professional conduct and discretion when working at customer locations Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, crouching, climbing ladders, using hand tools, and lifting/carrying equipment and packages weighing 50+ lbs. Ability to occasionally work outdoors, above ceilings, or in non-climate-controlled spaces Helpful but not required: Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, construction, maintenance, or low-voltage experience; familiarity with hand tools; or an interest in networking, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, video surveillance, or access control.
SCHEDULE
Most often Monday - Friday, 8AM to 5PM. However, this job will occasionally include evenings, weekends, and holidays due to network servicing windows occurring only when other business are closed! PAY Starts at $18.00 per hour, but may be higher depending on previous knowledge, skills, abilities, or experience.
