Position Overview We're looking for both part-time and full-time Warehouse Associates who understand general warehouse operations: picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and the importance of inventory accuracy. This position works with team members primarily to fulfill orders (picking and packing). If you have experience picking, packing, invoicing, and restocking, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to meet you! Our ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, great communication skills, and enjoys working with a team.

HOURS:

Fulltime swing shift: MTh between 1:30 PM and Midnight. Forklift experience preferred.

Parttime swing shift:

MTh between 1:30 PM and Midnight. Forklift experience preferred (46hour shifts/day; with some flexibility)

INCENTIVES

We are now located at 4060 W 2100 N, Suite A, Lehi, UT 84048. Duties and Responsibilities Unload shipments upon arrival. Assist in restocking and replenishment Prepare/complete necessary paperwork as required Work with the team to ensure inventory accuracy Help maintain a clean, debrisfree, organized warehouse Qualifications Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills Able to work accurately with a sense of urgency Ability to adapt to and learn software quickly (ERP system, UPS/FedEx, etc.) Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel Able to perform repetitive tasks Ability to work a modified work schedule as needed Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices Able and comfortable multitasking and wearing many hats in a fastpaced environment Positive, energetic attitude Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of ARL Inc.
