2-3 Full-Time Production Operators (Day Shift & Swing Shift) 1 Part-Time Shop Cleaner Mineral Tech Holdings manufactures soil amendments for agricultural use. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. Production Operator Responsibilities Process raw minerals into finished flake products. Operate and monitor production equipment. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Part-Time Shop Cleaner Responsibilities Sweep floors and clean up mineral dust and spilled materials. Keep the facility clean and organized. Assist with general housekeeping throughout the building. Requirements Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded. Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around industrial equipment and in a very dirty and dusty environment. Hard hats, safety glasses, and other required PPE must be worn at all times. Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right people.
