Submittal Warehouse Utility Operator | Ogden, UT Nexeo HR is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Utility Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role supporting both warehouse and plant operations, including railcar preparation, equipment monitoring, and facility upkeep. This position offers variety, cross-training opportunities, and long-term growth for individuals who are mechanically inclined and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Candidates must be flexible and able to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation. Responsibilities Inspect, clean, and prepare railcars for loading operations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work areas Support plant operations by relieving personnel across multiple departments Monitor and help maintain essential plant equipment (pumps, compressors, boilers, etc.) Observe and report facility or equipment issues to management Perform basic analytical tests to ensure product meets specifications Identify when equipment requires maintenance or shutdown for safety and efficiency Assist with preventative maintenance and general labor tasks Train and rotate through various plant functions as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, walking, lifting, climbing, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and complete basic reports or documentation Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing job duties Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Pay $23.14 per hour Schedule Full Time | Training Schedule | 5:00 AM

• 1:00 PM or 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM Full Time | 12-Hour Shifts |

Day Shift:

6:45 AM

• 6:45 PM Full Time | 12-Hour Shifts |

Night Shift:

6:45 PM
