Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team, with the potential for promotion to Warehouse Manager after some period of time on the job. We are hiring for two possible locations: Heber City and Park City warehouses. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inbound deliveries, organizing items stored within the warehouse, and maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Duties Assist in the unloading of inbound trucks containing furniture and home accessories. Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products safely and efficiently. Light computer data entry of received items into a warehouse management system (WMS). Organize received items onto shelves for storage. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications No prior warehouse experience needed, but candidate should be a self-starter who seeks out operational efficiency in daily activities. Basic computer skills sufficient for data entry into a warehouse management system, along with utilizing spreadsheets and email. Customer service and troubleshooting skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. Ability to learn how to operate an order picker (lift) within the warehouse. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
