Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our operational success! In this energetic role, you will engage in hands-on tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and organizing work areas to promote safety and efficiency Support skilled tradespeople by preparing tools, equipment, and materials needed for various tasks Operate basic machinery and equipment following safety protocols and training Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues Assist with inventory management by counting, labeling, and storing supplies properly Complete routine documentation related to job tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow instructions closely Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required Basic understanding of tools and equipment operation is advantageous Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward hard work Join us in creating a safe, productive environment where your energy makes a difference!
