In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—ensuring our facilities are organized, our service vans are mechanically sound and fully stocked, and our specialized water-generating equipment is running at peak performance.
Responsibilities Fleet & Equipment Maintenance Routine Vehicle Service:
Perform basic preventative maintenance on the fleet of work vans, including oil changes, fluid top-offs, brake inspections/replacements, and tire checks. Lube and grease carpet cleaning machinery and fix carpet cleaning tools. Assist with van repairs.
Water System Operations:
Assist in running, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on our specialized water-generating machine to ensure a steady supply for the team.
Inspections:
Inspect work vehicles each day, log mileage, track maintenance schedules via paperwork, and report/address any mechanical problems.
Field Support:
Run errands and deliver tools, parts, or backup equipment to technicians out in the field as needed. Correspond through Google Chat to coordinate with technicians when performing a run out, drop off/pick up etc.
Facility & Inventory Management Restocking:
Refill crates daily to guarantee technicians have what they need to restock their vans and inventory control
Warehouse Upkeep:
Maintain the interior of the building by keeping tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies clean, organized, and safely stored. Perform janitorial services for building including but not limited to: cleaning and maintaining work station, bathroom, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing. Fill out a daily tasks sheet.
Warehouse Support:
Transport chemicals, equipment, vehicles or various supplies between two warehouses. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent. The ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Must have possessed a valid/insurable driver's license for at least 3 years. Positive attitude. Desire to work with your hands. Interest in learning new skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Self Starter.
Pay Frequency :
Twice monthly

4 days per week with mandatory availability on occasional Saturdays when needed Ability to commute
