Job Description

ROLE STATEMENT
The Warehouse/Bulk Plant Operator will be a member of the Supply and Logistics department, responsible for ensuring that materials necessary for fracturing, cement, and coiled tubing jobs are stocked loaded properly for delivery to field locations.
SCHEDULE
Tuesday-Saturday 7:00am-5:00pm
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide effective communication with management in the District regarding operations and continuous improvement initiatives Able to participate in the development of policies and procedures to meet operational service line requirements Work with all operations groups, i.e. Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, etc. to ensure a trouble free operation Manage employee and equipment assignments and schedules to meet customer requirements to achieve corporate mandate of "Service First". Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures to achieve safety objectives. Meet and inspires others to meet the Corporate Code of Business ethics Participate in budgetary development and review Assists logistics coordinator as necessary Operates forklift, hydraulic valves Load/unload chemicals and materials to and from field locations Maintaining physical inventory cycle counts Shipping equipment to/from facility

A highly energetic, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment that is deadline driven; more importantly is centered on providing quality information Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact effectively and work comfortably with field, branch, head office staff and senior management Comfortable in a time-sensitive, project driven, team based environment Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation and an ability to work well with all levels of the organization Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with a high attention to detail Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Team player with the ability to conduct work with utmost professionalism Works and inspires others to work at high performance levels Requires employee to work around toxic chemicals and to operate dangerous equipment. Ability to work various shifts and various weather conditions Must be willing to travel if necessary Ability to work with a high attention to detail Frequent lifting, bending, standing, twisting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1+ years warehouse or inventory experience Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Forklift experience/certification preferred
