Partners Personnel is currently hiring Material Handlers for an immediate 2nd shift opportunity in Ashland, VA. We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates with warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity.

In person Responsibilities Load and unload packages, materials, and freight Sort, stage, and move materials throughout the facility Prepare materials for processing and shipment Assist with shipping and receiving operations Scan, label, and organize packages as required Maintain accurate material flow throughout the warehouse Perform repetitive material-handling tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution, material handling, or general labor experience preferred Ability to work 2nd shift Reliable transportation to Ashland, VA Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Must be available to start as soon as required Benefits of the Opportunity $17.50/hour Full-time opportunity Weekly pay 2nd shift availability Fast-paced distribution environment Opportunity to gain additional logistics and warehouse experience
