Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, from inventory management and order fulfillment to shipping and receiving. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, logistics, and distribution processes. Forklift experience is a must have. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management software Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment in compliance with safety standards Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas Ensure compliance with shipping logistics, trade regulations, and international trade policies Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating order picking, packing, and shipment scheduling Perform routine warehouse operations including load & unload tasks, order fulfillment, and packaging duties Maintain a clean, safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and trade compliance regulations Experience with order picker equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing transactions accurately Excellent data entry abilities coupled with familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting purposes Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse machinery safely Prior warehouse experience in e-commerce or distribution environments is highly desirable Join us as a Warehouse Associate to be at the heart of our supply chain operations!
