Job Description
Candidate Source is hiring Order Pickers to join a large, fast-paced distribution facility in Ashland, VA . This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established company, enjoy steady hours, and build a long-term career in the logistics and distribution industry.

1st
Shift:
6:00 AM
•2:30
PM Mid Shift:
10:30 AM
•7:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
2:30 PM
•11:00
PM What You'll Do:
Pick orders using an RF scanner (15-55 lbs each) Review orders and ensure items are packaged accurately Sort and palletize boxes according to product type and location This is NOT an equipment role (no forklift experience necessary) Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including order picking during peak periods Able to stand in one spot all day
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as an order picker is preferred but not required. Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Previous experience with RF Scanners a plus Reliable transportation to Ashland, VA and a valid driver's license Must be comfortable working 2nd shift hours Reliable transportation to the Ashland area #IND2
