Chantilly, VA, based developer of durable medical devices currently has an opening for an experienced Warehouse Associate . The incumbent will be expected to perform a variety of Shipping, Receiving and Product Storage and Handling activities efficiently, timely and accurately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year of practical experience in a shipping/receiving department and must be able to perform the following essential job functions:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must be able to read, write and follow written directions in an accurate manner. Must be able to communicate in English (verbal and written). Must have a working knowledge of MS EXCEL and Word. Must possess a valid Driver's License ( CDL NOT Required ). Must be able to work Monday thru Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

: Accurately pick orders in a busy warehouse environment. Use FedEx and UPS automated machines. Prepare International shipping documents. Receive materials and supplies for distribution throughout Company. Must be able to meet deadlines. Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.

JOBQUALIFICATIONS

: High School diploma Must be authorized to work in the United States Minimum of one year experience in a Shipping, Receiving or Warehouse setting or as a Material Handler in a Manufacturing environment Must be able to speak, read and write English Inventory control experience a plus Detail oriented/quality conscious The starting hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 based on experience.
