Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Production Material Handler is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate bottling and packaging of Pepsi-Cola products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards.
JOB SUMMARY
  • Monitor production line equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect bottles, cans, and packaging for quality standards.
  • Load packaging supplies onto the line.
  • Remove defective products and materials from the production line.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Complete production reports and documentation as required.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality policies and procedures.
  • Communicate equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Clean up spills in a timely manner.
  • Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment for various duties and functions.
  • Be familiar with emergency protocols for production area.
PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Required to sit; stand; walk; squat or kneel; bend; manually manipulate; reach outward and above shoulders; and climb.
  • Regularly lift/carry or push/pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Peripheral, Depth).
  • Required to hear at a level to hear verbal instructions and warning alarms.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
  • Must be able to work in a non- air-conditioned environment and must be able to occasionally work in a loud environment.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
