Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic logistics team as a Dockworker and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and managing shipments to ensure smooth flow within our distribution center. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will help us maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and warehouse management while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using various material handling equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Safely operate heavy equipment including cranes and forklifts to move goods within the warehouse Assist with order picking and shipping & receiving processes to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines Manage inventory by organizing materials, performing stock counts, and maintaining accurate records through inventory management systems Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety standards by following proper procedures for material handling and equipment use Support warehouse supervisors in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environment preferred Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling tools Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order picking, load & unload procedures, and inventory management Familiarity with safety protocols related to OSHA standards and heavy equipment operation Strong manual handling skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely Basic math skills for inventory counts and order processing Experience with RF scanners or other warehouse technology is a plus Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering excellence through efficient warehouse operations! Pay:
$23.22 - $28.23 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
