Role:
Closets By Design Wash DC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Parts Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers' projects on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in organization and accuracy, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and parts shipments Pick, pack, and stage parts and materials for daily installations Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with regular stock audits Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Load and unload delivery vehicles and assist with logistics coordination Track and replenish parts inventory to prevent shortages and delays Prepare outgoing shipments to customers Collaborate with installers and managers to fulfill order requirements accurately and on time
Requirements:
Prior warehouse, parts, or inventory management experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Valid driver's license required
