Role:
The Loader plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring that materials and products are efficiently loaded and unloaded from trucks and containers. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of production and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. The Loader will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols while handling heavy equipment and materials. By accurately loading and unloading goods, the Loader contributes to the overall productivity and efficiency of the manufacturing facility. Ultimately, this role supports the company's commitment to delivering high-quality products to customers in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift operator certification. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with inventory management systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting. Ability to operate additional machinery such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate forklifts and other loading equipment to move materials and products. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and placement. Inspect loads for accuracy and report any discrepancies to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.

The required skills for this position include proficiency in operating forklifts and other loading equipment, which are essential for safely moving materials.
