Picker & Packer Clerk/Loader

Function is to assist the warehouse supervisor in all areas of shipping and receiving as assigned. The Clerk, I must understand the parts location system and the physical layout of the Warehouse. He/she must be able to understand and abide by Solo's packaging standards for safe transport. Must be able to count accurately and write legibly. Must understand and abide by Solo's inventory control procedures and be able to use Solo's computer system to help maintain inventory. Duties include, but are not limited to: General housekeeping Picking and packaging orders for shipment, which includes proper labeling for the address. Must have a working knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Postal Service shipping procedures. Receive customer returns or other incoming shipments and follow Solo's established procedures for receiving. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, as well as understand lifting equipment, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
