Full Job Description Overview Sift/ Wage:

$17.85/hr. 10am to 6:30pm Monday - Friday We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and facilitating smooth shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation using warehouse management software Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately according to customer specifications Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatch of goods Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and operational efficiency Enter data into warehouse management systems and ERP platforms like AS400 or similar software for tracking inventory movements Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow Assist in compliance with trade regulations and trade documentation requirements for international shipments Support customer service efforts by providing accurate order updates and resolving logistical issues promptly Participate in training on warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment handling Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and packaging standards Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Competence in data entry using tools like Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced settings Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners Join our team as a Warehouse Associate if you are eager to contribute your skills in logistics operations while advancing your career in supply chain management.
