Job Description
- Must have active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
- This is an entry-level position. Under close, direct supervision of material management specialists, this position assists in performing administrative and fundamental procurement assignments, material shipment tracing, and expediting activities with vendors, if necessary.
- Maintain material management logs and input material management commitment-related information into databases (such as approved material management reference system, Maximo, etc.)
- Routing materials to assigned storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials.
- May be required to update approved material management reference system for buyers
- Operate hand and power trucks in performing warehouse duties
- Organize and maintain files

- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

- Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent
- Reasonably good interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs
