Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting efficient warehouse workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, logistics, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced setting. Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other tools to load, unload, pick, pack, and move inventory efficiently. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software like AS400 or similar platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and stock tracking. Prepare shipments by packing products securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines. Conduct stock replenishment, inventory counts, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels and support inventory accuracy. Assist with order picking and packing for delivery orders, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock storage areas, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members on logistics planning, order processing, and customer service tasks to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools is highly desirable. Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy are essential. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other tools safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service efforts. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
