- First Shift Loader 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Aero Global Logistics is a third-party logistics provider that services Chrysler dealerships along the East coast. We have openings for full-time dock associates from 8:30 AM to 4 :30 PM as a part of our expanding business footprint in our Winchester, VA center. Efficiently sort, handle, load, and unload palletized and non-palletized freight using pallet jacks, and by hand as needed. Dock associates will also be tasked with securing freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to company-mandated safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and demonstrate basic written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to process basic math calculations. Employees must have a valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to work. Ability to lift freight and other objects up to 50 lbs. frequently, and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally is required.

Preferred experience:

Prior dock/warehouse experience in the transportation industry, as well as prior experience loading, and unloading trailers, sorting and processing freight, and a desire to work in a team atmosphere a must. Shift is Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM We are paid weekly (Mon/Tues) After 90 days you will receive holiday pay, 401k, dent/vision, life and disability insurance.
