Job Description

Warehouse Associate Serene Herbs | Full-Time, On-Site Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (Saturdays as needed, at management's discretion) About Serene Herbs Serene Herbs is a fast-growing herbal supplement brand on a mission to bring high-quality, thoughtfully sourced products to customers who care about what they put in their bodies. The Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This is a blended role. On any given day you might be receiving and putting away inventory, picking and packing customer orders, or stepping onto the kitting line to help run the equipment that builds our packs and bundles. We need someone who is comfortable moving between those jobs as the day's priorities shift, keeps quality tight wherever they're working, and catches problems before they become bottlenecks. What You'll Do Warehouse and inventory
  • Spot and pull damaged or non-conforming inventory before it becomes a bigger problem
  • Build, wrap, and stage pallets for outbound shipments and transfers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment with strong situational awareness Order fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and on time, following packing standards for each channel
  • Assist the fulfillment team as a floater during peak volume to hit our commitments to customers Kitting and production support
  • Assist in operating kitting line equipment, including heat tunnel machinery and conveyor systems, when the line is running
  • Ensure quality is maintained at every stage of the kitting process and flag bottlenecks quickly to keep production flowing
  • Help with line setup, changeovers, and basic equipment cleaning and upkeep Across the board
  • Follow SOPs closely and adapt quickly when processes change
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and leads about progress, issues, and what's needed next What We're Looking For Required
  • Warehouse experience (receiving, picking, packing, or inventory)
  • Willingness to learn and operate kitting and production line equipment, including heat tunnels, and to move between packing and line work as needed
  • Strong attention to detail: you catch things others miss
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
  • Problem-solving ability under pressure: quick thinking, not just quick moving
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs Preferred (but not required)
  • Hands-on experience running production or kitting line equipment, including heat tunnels
  • Experience packing orders for e-commerce or wholesale fulfillment
  • Electric pallet jack certification and/or experience
  • Forklift or Pallet stacker certifications and/or experience
  • Familiarity with warehouse management or order management software Who Thrives Here You're the kind of person who takes initiative, keeps a good attitude when things get hectic, and holds yourself to a high standard.
