Job Description

Job Summary Cortland International is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, supplying production areas, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating material‑handling equipment, and contributing to a fast‑paced manufacturing environment—we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments; record materials in the ERP system. Pick, verify, pack, and label daily customer and internal orders. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility. Drive company truck to transfer materials between warehouse locations; update ERP transactions accordingly. Maintain clean, organized indoor and outdoor warehouse spaces. Perform cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP data. Support spooling operations and provide materials to production cells as needed. Collaborate with Production Leads to ensure materials are delivered to work areas on time. Inspect outbound loads for accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Follow all safety standards, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout requirements. Adhere to company policies, work instructions, SOPs, and ISO standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills & Competencies Ability to read and understand written instructions and simple correspondence. Basic computer and data‑entry skills; familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word. Problem‑solving skills in standardized situations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively in small‑group or one‑on‑one settings. Knowledge of manufacturing operations is a plus. Qualifications Education High School diploma or GED required. Experience Prior warehouse experience or 3+ years in a similar role within fast‑paced manufacturing. Certifications Valid forklift certification required. Valid Washington driver's license
