Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate Lilac & Grace Boutique - Arlington, WA Lilac & Grace Boutique is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for accurately pulling, processing, packaging, and shipping customer orders, while also assisting with inventory counts and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with computer-based systems, so applicants must be comfortable using technology throughout the workday. Responsibilities Pull merchandise for online customer orders Verify the correct item, size, color, and quantity before shipping Process orders using computer-based fulfillment and shipping systems Package customer orders neatly and efficiently Create and print shipping labels Operate shipping label printers and shipping equipment Prepare completed shipments for carrier pickup Prepare and organize local pickup orders Locate merchandise throughout the warehouse Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts Count and verify inventory quantities Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies Update or verify inventory information within computer-based systems Assist with inventory accuracy projects as needed Maintain an organized packing and shipping workspace Provide additional warehouse and fulfillment support as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable working with computers and learning new software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to count and verify inventory accurately Able to work efficiently and maintain a consistent pace Organized and able to follow established processes Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to move throughout the warehouse for much of the workday Able to safely lift and move packages and merchandise Previous experience with e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, inventory counting, warehouse operations, or online retail is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. The Right Person for This Position You enjoy staying busy and working through a daily order queue. You understand that speed is important, but accuracy is essential . You are comfortable moving between pulling orders, working on a computer, packaging shipments, and helping verify physical inventory. This position is a good fit for someone who notices when something doesn't look right and is willing to investigate the discrepancy rather than simply moving on. M-F 9-5

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
