Full Job Description Warehouse Associate- Reach Truck Operator Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

Possible, but not frequent Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate - Reach Truck Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on warehouse position focused primarily on operating a Reach Truck to move, replenish, and pick merchandise. Approximately 85% of the position will be spent operating the Reach Truck, with the remaining time supporting picking, receiving, loading, unloading, and other warehouse activities. Reach Truck experience is required. This is not a training position — candidates must be able to operate a Reach Truck safely and effectively from day one. Key Responsibilities Operate a Reach Truck to move and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse. Replenish merchandise by moving product from reserve storage locations to designated pick slots. Accurately select and pick merchandise from assigned warehouse locations. Verify quantities and units of measure when picking orders. Receive and unload incoming deliveries. Physically inspect merchandise for damage, shortages, or errors. Compare received merchandise against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving schedules. Report damaged or missing merchandise to the appropriate department or supplier. Sort, label, organize, and move received goods to their proper storage locations. Verify product quality, packaging, and compliance with vendor requirements. Load merchandise onto the appropriate trucks for shipment or delivery. Repack loose merchandise as needed. Identify and report slotting, put-away, or inventory issues. Shrink-wrap merchandise and pallets after picking as needed. Perform daily equipment inspections, including Reach Trucks, forklifts, and clamps. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with inventory and other warehouse duties as needed. Follow established warehouse procedures and productivity standards. Qualifications Previous Reach Truck operating experience is required. Must be comfortable spending the majority of the workday operating a Reach Truck. Previous warehouse experience required. Picking experience preferred. Receiving experience is a plus but not required. Ability to accurately count, identify, and move merchandise. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required. Ability to work independently and follow established warehouse procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Approximately 0-3 years of warehouse experience is appropriate for this position. Physical Requirements Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods. Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse activities throughout the shift. Ability to safely load, unload, pick, replenish, and organize merchandise. Ability to work in a dry warehouse environment. Important:
