Our mission is to champion renewal in the gear and the lives of all people who adventure and work in the outdoors. We're looking for dependable, safety-minded people to join our Production and Warehouse team in Bellingham. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Depending on your experience, interests, and business needs, you may work in Production, Material Handling, or Shipping . What You'll Do Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include: Assemble, fill, label, package, and prepare

products Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Receive, inspect, move, stage, replenish, and store materials and finished goods Verify products, quantities, labels, lot numbers, and packaging requirements Perform basic quality inspections and identify product or material issues Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records Use scanners, warehouse systems, and other equipment as trained Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, production equipment, or other material-handling equipment as assigned and qualified Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with Production, Material Handling, Shipping, and other departments to meet daily operational needs What We're Looking For Dependable and committed to regular, on-time attendance Safety-minded and able to follow established procedures Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Able to learn new processes, equipment, and systems Willing to work as part of a team and help where needed Able to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or material-handling experience is helpful, but not required Forklift experience is a plus for warehouse assignments Training You don't need to know everything on day one.
GEAR AID
provides structured, hands-on training using our SOPs and a Tell, Show, Do approach. New team members learn by working alongside experienced employees, observing the process, practicing tasks with guidance, and receiving coaching and feedback as they build confidence and proficiency.
Pay Starting pay:
$19.26 per hour Opportunities for additional responsibility and advancement may be available as employees develop their skills and experience. Why
