Material Handler Overview SmartTalent is hiring for a Material Handler for a growing company in Everett. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, inventory experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.

$19.00 - $19.77 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Position Type:
Temp-to-Hire Benefits Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Career Advancement Opportunities Key Responsibilities Accurately pull and count parts for work order BOM needs Maintain inventory accuracy and organization Communicate issues and incomplete tasks in a timely manner Report inventory discrepancies to Supervisor or Manager immediately Follow all company and department policies and procedures Report tooling issues promptly Read and follow cut list requirements when cutting materials Report inconsistencies to Lead or Manager Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Management teams Maintain a safe and clean work environment Provide continuous improvement ideas and suggestions Communicate directly with Supervisor and Lead Support company goals and policies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Related college coursework preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to work effectively with diverse teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment Apply Today If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to join a growing team, we encourage you to apply today!
