Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and be comfortable working with various types of heavy machinery such as forklifts, reach trucks, and cranes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse distribution and logistics management within a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely. Assist with order picking, packing, and packaging to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems. Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse management system. Support manufacturing activities by handling raw materials and finished goods efficiently. Ensure proper handling of heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in construction-related tasks as needed for warehouse expansion or maintenance projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with warehouse management systems like ShipHero or similar platforms. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for order picking, packing, and inventory management. Experience with shipping & receiving processes including load & unload operations. Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices in heavy equipment operation. Hours Monday
