This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and working as part of a team. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to build your skills, we want to hear from you! As a Material Handler, you'll play an important role in keeping products and materials moving efficiently throughout the facility. You'll work in a team environment where safety, productivity, and reliability are important every day. What You'll Do Your responsibilities may include: Moving materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility Loading and unloading products by hand or using a hand truck Loading finished products onto pallets and stacking skids in designated areas Safely transporting, organizing, and staging products throughout the warehouse Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Sweeping floors and removing trash as needed Following safety procedures and daily production expectations Working at a steady pace to help the team meet daily goals Performing other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned What We're Looking For We're looking for reliable team members who: Are 18 years or older Have a high school diploma/GED preferred Can lift and/or pull up to 50 lbs. without restriction Can stand and walk for 10-12 hours Are comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head Can work in varying warehouse conditions, including different noise levels, lighting, and temperatures Have strong attention to detail and follow instructions carefully Have reliable transportation and a strong work ethic Are flexible and available to work varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, nights, or extended hours as needed What We Offer $19.00-$19.50/hour, depending on shift Weekly pay Full-time opportunities 6:00 AM morning shifts with 4-day/10-hour schedules 4:00 PM evening shifts Schedules and days vary by assignment Overtime opportunities may be available Virtual healthcare benefits Potential for long-term employment Opportunity to gain valuable warehouse and distribution experience
