Our client, a logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations supporting order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Order Fulfillment:

Accurately selecting and picking small parts according to pick sheets or digital scanners. +

Packing & Shipping:

Securely packing orders for shipment and ensuring all documentation is included. +

Receiving & Put-Away:

Unloading incoming shipments, verifying counts, and placing inventory in designated storage locations. +

Facility Maintenance:

Assisting with warehouse housekeeping, general organization, and identifying ways to streamline workflows. +

Material Handling:

Safe operation of warehouse equipment to move stock and clear aisles.

• What's Needed?
• + Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly preferred.

+ Experience operating equipment such as Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Order Picker is a strong plus.

+ A safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.

+ Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move small to medium-sized packages.

+ High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing.
