Pallet Repairer Staffmark - 3.6 Lakewood, WA Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Tools provided Qualifications Sawing Outdoor work Quality inspection Construction Manual handling Full Job Description Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Pallet Repair Associate to inspect, repair, and rebuild wooden pallets to meet quality and safety standards. This role is production-focused, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who likes working with tools and seeing tangible results at the end of the day. Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine repair needs Use tools such as nail guns, hammers, and saws to repair or rebuild pallets Replace broken or damaged boards to restore pallet integrity Stack and sort pallets by grade and condition Maintain a steady production pace to meet daily targets Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Keep work area clean and organized Production Expectations Work toward daily/weekly repair targets Maintain consistent output while meeting quality standards Contribute to team goals and overall site productivity Requirements Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse or outdoor environment Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Experience with hand tools or construction is a plus, not required Strong work ethic and reliability Work Environment Industrial/warehouse setting (may be hot, cold, dusty, or noisy) Fast-paced and physically demanding Safety-first culture with required PPE Why You'll Want This Job Steady hours and consistent work Opportunity to earn based on productivity Hands-on role with minimal downtime Growth opportunities into lead or forklift roles
