9 Liberty Lake, WA Job Details Temporary | Full-time $18.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Basic math Cycle counting inventory management Forklift High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Materials handling Picking & packing Full Job Description We are searching for a temporary Material Handler to come and work within this warehouse facility in Liberty Lake, WA! This company is a leader in telecommunication manufacturing and all things wireless. Inquire now, we'd love to chat! Compensation for the Material Handler $18.50 Per hour starting wage Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm This is a temporary position with the potential for hire. Responsibilities of the Material Handler Pull product from staging area and bring it to the assembly line Package product, label, and getting it ready to be shipped out Will use handheld guns, pick products, accurate with guns and counting parts Put away received items using the gun. Pick sales orders and production jobs Responsible for inventory transaction entries Ensure proper labels are used and properly marked Assist with inventory control Utilize basic stocking processes to put away finished goods and raw material Utilize proper techniques for packaging sales orders Identify consolidation potential to maximize warehouse space Perform all work assignments with proper material handling techniques, following quality standards and safety precautions Use of forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck to move materials around the warehouse Assist with regular clean-up duties as needed Assemble Fiber Optic cables and sub-assemblies when needed Adapt and accept changes based on production demands and schedules May be responsible for other duties assigned Requirements of the Material Handler 1+ Years experience in warehouse, material handler, or production Experience working in a team environment, and/or independently High School diploma or equivalent Ability to read, write, and process basic math Familiar with cycle counting, picking orders, and working in a warehouse Experience working with ERP system, forklift, gun preferred, but not required Basic math skills required Attention to detail is critical Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs., stand /walk entire shift, identify items by color coding Steel or composite-toed boots required Seem like a good fit?
