As a Warehouse Billing Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by managing billing and shipping documentation, coordinating delivery schedules, and maintaining inventory updates. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing while helping drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both the department's short-term and long-term goals while actively supporting the Company's commitment to safety. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, computer proficient, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to succeed in a deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to work evening and night hours as needed is required, and attendance is an essential function of the role. Compensation This position has a target wage of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available. Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday, 3:00pm-3:00am. Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Prepare billing paperwork and operate the shipping and receiving office as needed.
  • Process customer orders and related correspondence, including email, fax, and telephone communications.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
  • Participate in Company and department safety programs.
  • Comply with Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of related shipping, billing, or clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write fluent English.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and work with a variety of variables.
  • Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions. Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience in a perishable food commodity environment.
  • Experience in a food or natural foods environment.
  • Ability to speak Spanish. Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
  • Use hands to handle, feel, and manipulate objects, tools, and controls.
  • Lift, push, or pull boxes and materials weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Maintain close and distance vision and the ability to distinguish colors.
