Archie McPhee Fulfillment Specialist Temporary | Mukilteo, WA | On-site Archie McPhee located in Mukilteo is hiring a temporary Fulfillment Specialist to join the warehouse team for the holiday season. This role helps pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and carefully while also supporting receiving, stocking, and other day-to-day fulfillment operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment. This is a physically active role. Team members are on their feet throughout the day and should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while staying focused on speed, accuracy, and quality. What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, including unloading containers
• Put away stock and help maintain orderly warehouse storage areas.
• Assist with production work and ticketing tasks as needed to support warehouse and order preparation operations.
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow fulfillment procedures and quality standards to ensure orders go out correctly.
• Work closely with team members and communicate clearly across departments.
• Use ladders safely and perform routine warehouse tasks throughout the shift. What We're Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive work.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and remain on your feet for most of the workday; comfort retrieving or placing product on high shelves, including by forklift when appropriate.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse.

Pay and Benefits Pay for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated fit for the role.

This is a temporary position that would be until the end of the year.
