Aeroforge is a licensed manufacturer and distributor of tooling and ground support equipment in support of Boeing and Airbus fleets. Job Summary:
Warehouse Associates support our daily shipping operations and logistics. This position focuses primarily on prepping orders, packaging high-precision tools, and verifying shipping documentation. While previous warehouse experience is great, we are fully willing to train individuals who possess a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn our processes from the ground up! Ideal candidates have a good attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a track record of reliability in a team environment. Our standard shipping and receiving hours are Monday through Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM). This is a full-time, permanent position located in person at our facility in Puyallup, WA.
Responsibilities Prepping & Packing:
Securely package finished assemblies and aerospace tooling to ensure safe transit for our domestic and international customers.
Documentation & Verification:
Carefully review shipping documentation and order details to ensure part numbers, quantities, and customer paperwork match perfectly before shipment.
Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pull and stage parts or completed orders to meet daily shipping schedules.
Material Handling:
Safely transport parts and finished products across the shop floor using standard warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and hand trucks) to keep workflows moving efficiently.
Safety & Workplace Care:
Maintain a clean, highly organized, and safe warehouse environment in alignment with company and aerospace standards.
Inventory Support:
Provide occasional, minor support with inventory counts or putting items away as needed.
Qualifications Education:
High school or equivalent (Required). Basic computer literacy.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50-75 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
