Key duties include preparing and positioning patients, setting technical parameters, ensuring image quality, and adhering to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure. The role involves maintaining equipment, documenting procedures, and collaborating with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver accurate diagnostic services.
Qualifications:
At least one year of recent CT experience Valid Radiology license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Preferred:
Current ARRT Certification Additional certifications/licenses as required
Skills & Abilities:
Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in reading instructions and PC use Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures Ability to work under pressure, adapt to different protocols, and maintain professionalism Visual and sensory acuity for accurate imaging and communication Key qualities include: attention to detail, teamwork, safety awareness, and flexibility.
