We're growing and have hundreds of SKUs across B2B and B2C channels! We are looking to add a Warehouse Associate in our Receiving department. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments. This role ensures all products are handled efficiently, properly documented, and stored in the correct locations to support smooth warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips Inspect goods for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly Accurately enter receiving data into warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tools Use Microsoft applications to communicate, track, and document receiving activities Label, tag, and organize inventory in designated storage locations Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Collaborate with inventory, shipping, and operations teams to ensure workflow efficiency Follow all company safety procedures and compliance standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse or receiving experience is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel for communication, documentation, and tracking Experience using or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Apps for data entry and workflow processes Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to read and interpret shipping documents Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ years old
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented with strong communication skills Familiarity with digital workflow tools and process improvement systems
Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay is $21.57/hr, reviewed in 90 days.
