Work Environment Warehouse setting Cold / dry storage environment (including reefer/freezer areas) Growth opportunities Casual work attire Team-oriented and supportive atmosphere Responsibilities Load and unload trucks Perform shipping and receiving tasks Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately Use RF scanners to track and locate inventory Maintain proper product storage and inventory accuracy Support order fulfillment and timely shipment preparation Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Requirements Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred Forklift experience required (or strongly preferred) Ability to use RF scanners and follow warehouse processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Russian language is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay $22-24 / hr Stable full-time position Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment 401(k) Health insurance Paid Time Off (Vacation and Sick Time).
