Alcobra Metals is hiring Production Associates at our Spokane facility. No prior metals experience required — we provide full on-the-job training. This is hands-on work with industrial equipment in a small, fast-paced team, with a clear path into advancement roles like sales, equipment operation, CAD design, and machining. What You'll Do Pick, stage, and process metal orders throughout the day using bandsaws, shears, forklifts, and overhead cranes. Package completed orders and oversee outbound shipments. Starting responsibilities are matched to your experience, with opportunities to take on more as you grow. What We're Looking For Ability to read a tape measure Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A reliable, team-oriented attitude Previous experience with industrial equipment is a plus — but not required Pay & Benefits (Full-Time) $19.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Real advancement opportunities — many of our production staff move into sales, CAD, machining, and other specialized roles How We Hire New production staff start on a brief evaluation period (up to 4 weeks, up to 35 hrs/week), after which full-time status and benefits kick in.
