We are currently looking to hire a Part Coordinator to work at our Tukwila, WA location. [Job Summary] Part Coordinator will manage the office inventory and in/out parts, preparing parts for the scheduled daily jobs. Starting inventory management, employees will learn how to order part, return parts from the Samsung Service network system. It would be best if the candidate has experience on Samsung home appliances and TV parts, and is familiar with STG or GSPN, but this position is open to everyone. It would be best if the candidate is a highly organized person. [Duties and responsibilities] Punctuality is the most important responsibility and key for this role. Obey company's parts management policies. Receive parts and update on our service dispatching program. Return parts not needed by field technicians to minimize inventory. Maintain stock inventory and prevent loss on inventory assets. Able to communicate wi [Skills & Qualifications] Time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accounting accuracy. Communicate positively, professionally, and effectively. Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
