Night Shift KingStone Decorative Coatings is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals in or near Tumwater, Washington to join our polished concrete flooring crew. This position is currently for a commercial project in Tumwater and will be primarily night shift work . We specialize in commercial concrete polishing and flooring projects and are looking for people who take pride in producing quality work and being part of a productive crew. What You'll Be Doing Responsibilities may include: Operating planetary grinders and polishing equipment Grinding, honing and polishing concrete floors Running hand grinders and completing edge work Concrete patching, joint filling and minor floor repairs Applying densifiers, sealers and related concrete treatments Using auto scrubbers, vacuums and other floor preparation equipment Maintaining equipment and keeping the jobsite organized Working with the crew to meet production and quality expectations Following jobsite and company safety requirements What We're Looking For Polished concrete experience is strongly preferred, especially experience with commercial or large square footage projects. Experience with concrete grinding, coatings, epoxy flooring, surface preparation, terrazzo or commercial flooring is also valuable. We are looking for someone who: Lives in or near the Tumwater area Is dependable and shows up ready to work Is comfortable working night shifts Takes pride in the quality of their work Can work efficiently as part of a crew Is willing to learn our polishing systems and procedures Can handle physically demanding flooring work Pays attention to detail Experience operating concrete grinders, hand grinders, auto scrubbers, vacuums and other surface preparation equipment is a major plus. Opportunity After Tumwater This position is starting with our current project in Tumwater, Washington .
