Manage incoming deliveries through receiving process and assist with inspection process set by the Quality Management System (QMS). Essential Duties and Responsibilities 2 to 4 years of warehouse experience Aerospace experience preferred ERP system proficiency Verify quantity and documentation and log any nonconforming product. Communicate with suppliers and/or manufacturers regarding incorrect or damaged items, shortages, documentation and/or clarification of specifications. Advise Sales staff and other appropriate personnel of potential problems or conflicts with the Purchase Order or Sales Order. Assist Quality Manager in preparation of relevant rejection data reports. Package items for storage. Follow safety, quality, and shipping procedures Manage in-house calibration process for in-house tools. Other duties may be assigned. Responds promptly to company and customer needs Package, label, and ship outbound orders accurately Inventory accuracy Physical Demands The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
